Willmann Opus Magnum - immersive projection (2019)
Part of a great monographic exhibition dedicated to Michael Willmann, one of the most prominent Baroque artists in Central Europe, popularly known as the Silesian Rembrandt. Comissioned by the Four Domes Pavilion of the Museum of Contemporary Art, a branch of the National Museum in Wrocław.
Over 100,000,000 points were used to create a cloud that creates the visualization of the massive Abbey in Lubiąż. The digital revitalization of the lower Baroque Sielsian pearl was prepared for the needs of a wide panoramic projection covering the four walls of the immersion hall in the Four Domes Pavilion. The animation symbolically depicts the cathedral in its heyday during the Baroque period and its gradual degradation to the present day.
